For multiple consumer numbers, make payments one at a time. If consumer choose corporate Banking option for payment, Checker Final approval date will be considered as receipt date. To view/download your payment receipt kindly log in to the Web Self service portal.
2 Αυγ 2014 · If the Quotation has Consumer Number printed, accept payment against that Consumer Number. If Consumer Number is not printed, enter Dummy Consumer Number, select Receipt Type 27 in Other Types and accept payment.
You can View and Pay your latest bill from 'My Account' option. Other options available are: View earlier bills and download your bill details; Track your payment trends through the Payment History screen; View Consumer Information as registered in MSEDCL billing system; Additional Security Deposit Payment is possible Online.
Transaction Submission: While submitting transactions cashier user needs to verify consumers which are not in present in OCCS. To verify consumers click on Verify button. Verify: Consumer number is correct and cross checked with stub. Edit: BU or Consumer number is editable for corrections. Cancel Receipt: User can cancel this receipt.
You can view the details of the online payments you have made. To view the online payment details of a consumer number, Select a consumer number whose online bill payment details you want to view.
You can view the detailed billing and payment history online for a consumer number that is present in your account. The History option allows you to view the connection information for a consumer number, the billing details of the consumer for the past 12 months and the payment details for the bills.
