At least seven ocean creatures, maybe six freshwater, and one or two water elementals. I would not recommend installing it only for these, as you will have to spend an hour in the config disabling every single other mob. There's also an Aqua Creepers mod that adds a blue creeper with fins, and a Waddle mod that adds some penguins.
