Honestly I can see two ways for the fight to go: Ra overpowering and burning Odin before the fight can develop, or Odin winning an actual confrontation, but that's just my opinion.
Ra hands down. Ra is definitely the correct answer here. For one reason, Odin is fated to die, but only at a very specific time and at the hands (well jaws) of a very specific foe. That time being Ragnarok and the foe, Fenrir, the great Wolf.
