20 Σεπ 2019 · Generally, everyone in Ontario is entitled to termination pay regardless of how long they worked or the size of their employer. This is because, as discussed above, most Canadian employees are entitled to “reasonable notice”. Termination pay is essentially pay in lieu of reasonable notice.
