21 Ιουλ 2007 · Maybe someone here knows something about old bolt actions... I recently acquired (was given) an old Stevens .22 bolt action. Stamp on the barrel says (ignore the underscores, I had to use them to get the text to line up correctly):

3 Φεβ 2013 · It appears to be a 66 type action, look at the top of the bolt and you can see extractor screws like on a 66 and the end of the outer magazine tube shows wear from sliding. I think this gun was made after 1930 but not much after.
24 Οκτ 2023 · The 22 ARC cartridge is NOT a neck downed 6mm ARC. It's different (longer). That tells you how far they go on the details. Talking about the 6 ARC, they also have new VT/Match bullets out right now - a new 6mm ARC 80 grain VT bullet. And it's a screamer! And almost the same length as the 108 match! They figured it out and went out and did it.
