Recovery One is amazing. Truly. I have had decades of PT. It was always the same old thing -- squats, lunges, do this exercise, etc. I started with Recovery One just prior to my 4th spine fusion (2022). The people are fantastic -- kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful listeners.
