The Construction Workforce Registration System (CWRS) is an online portal for CoreTrade and Multi-skilling registration and the renewal of Direct R1 eligibility.
You can view updates on the status of registration using FIN and Date of Birth (DOB). Upon completing the CET, you can print Statement of Skill Status Renewal (optional) via the same link.

Submit an online application for registration/renewal through the Construction Workforce Registration System (CWRS). Follow the step-by-step guide found on the CWRS login page. There is a non-refundable application fee of $21.80 (inclusive of GST) for Multi-Skilling registration or renewal.

Direct R1 eligibility status is valid for 2 years. To renew their registration, workers are required to attend Continuing Education and Training (CET) in their registered SEC(K) trade.
