i faced the same problem at first but just realised need to go according to their format for account name. account name is <network name>@student.main.ntu.edu.sg, then password will be the same as ur network acc password. I got email to pay hall acceptance fee.
However, if your DP/IEO expires or is terminated before you finish your course, you must apply for a Student's Pass to continue your studies at NTU. To apply for the Student's Pass (STP), you need to submit a service request through the NTU Student One Stop Portal
NTU offers certification letters to confirm the status of students in all undergraduate and graduate programmes. Requests can be made through this page.
