It serves as the delivery platform for online training and is the official repository for TSA training records via its Learning History function.

It serves as the delivery platform for online training and is the official repository for TSA training records via its Learning History/Completed Work function.
The Online Learning Center includes assignments, such as X-ray operations, operating machinery while scanning for explosives, body searches, and searching baggage. Additionally, training also includes handling and sharing sensitive information making training all that more important.
This LMS went into production as the TSA Online Learning Center (OLC). The OLC is a state-of-the-art web-based application that is externally hosted by SAP NS2 and utilized by TSA through a perpetual license agreement. The TSA OLC is the official System of Record for TSA Training.
The Career Mapping (CMS) component enables you to view, compare, and create career maps; assess and develop your skills and competencies; and create both short- and long-term career goals. In addition, the site provides a wide range of resources to support your professional development and growth.
For TSA PreCheck® Application Program membership renewal, most members will be able to do so completely online, but some members in certain situations may be directed to renew in person at an enrollment center after filling out the online membership renewal form.
