CITY OF CHARLESTON TOUR GUIDE EXAM The City of Charleston offers a comprehensive Tour Guide certification program. An individual can become a certified guide by passing a written exam with a score of 70. This exam tests a guide’s knowledge of Charleston, its history, architecture, and culture.
