15 Σεπ 2019 · My wired mouse is not working on neither my desktop nor my brand new laptop. Both have Windows 10. Very rarely will it work and only for one click after I've tried to click multiple times.

5 Μαρ 2024 · ROG ARMORY detect Mouse, and show Mouse options in "Mouse" tab. In the settings says: Version Software 1.02.26 | base firmware: 1.32 | mouse firmware: 0.00. Mouse is detected in Wireless mode, and I can reprogram the functionality of the mouse buttons.
25 Δεκ 2012 · If the mouse is a corded USB, try it on a different computer, if it works, then plug the mouse into a different port on your laptop. If it is a wireless mouse, check the batteries, and try moving the USB receiver to another port and installing the drivers.
24 Φεβ 2018 · No external mouse would work on a USB port. It appears to be an issue with Windows Update KB4074588. The work-around is to uninstall Windows Update KB4074588 and reboot.
6 Ιαν 2018 · I've tried plugging in another mouse, tried all the usb ports, uninstalling and reinstalling all the mouse related drivers, resetting my laptop with settings and stuff kept. Laptop: CyberPowerPC...
26 Δεκ 2022 · If the USB is getting detected in device manager please uninstall the driver for it, it should be under HID devices & restart the PC, if you cannot find it under mouse or HID devices then go to view>show hidden devices, now check if the device appears in the list, then uninstall followed by restart.
7 Ιουν 2023 · If your mouse works here, it is the driver causing issues or something else conflicting with it. Uninstall the driver, reboot your computer, and let Windows install a driver.
