After installation completes, you must update Python 3 to point to Python 3.9. Enter this command to configure Python 3: sudo update-alternatives --config python3 A list of options will appear, and you will be prompted to pick which version of Python you want Python 3 to point to.
2 Αυγ 2019 · update -- I found a quick fix for this: this solution will not work if you want to keep both versions and interchange them. but if you only need one, simply uninstall both (Start clean) and then install the version you want to be defaulted first. simple answer: make sure you install the bit version you want first.
As of 2021-11-03, the macOS 64-bit universal2 installer file for this release was updated to include a fix in the third-party Tk library for this problem. All other files are unchanged from the original 3.10.0 installer.
2 ημέρες πριν · Added in version 3.7: Beginning with python launcher 3.7 it is possible to request 64-bit version by the “-64” suffix. Furthermore it is possible to specify a major and architecture without minor (i.e. /usr/bin/python3-64 ).
