The correct answer is Sentinel. Biotics + tech powers is an awesome combo, and imo the sentinel has by far the best class ability. The only acceptable answer to this question is Vanguard. I'd heartily recommend Infiltrator, nothing is more satifying that popping Cloak and then smashing melon with a sniper rifle.
