1 Μαΐ 2024 · On June 10, 2024, The Oregon Clinic will transition to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system called Epic. A key feature of Epic is its patient portal, MyChart. MyChart by Epic is used by many healthcare providers in our community, so it may already be familiar to you.
Sign into the your Patient Portal account. Tap or click on the registration task on your home page banner or select "Settings" at the top right hand side of your screen, and select "Add Child/Dependent" from the drop down menu.
Our new online patient portal, InteliChart, is now available! With InteliChart PatientPortal, you can easily request appointments online, access your medical records, pay your bill, and more. Sign up for your InteliChart account today.
