Fast Travel is an ability found in Ori and the Will of the Wisps. It allows Ori to warp to a chosen Spirit Well from most locations on the map rather than only from another Spirit Well. You can purchase this upgrade from Opher in Wellspring Glades.
There are a few ways you can do this. The game itself lets you limit your fps. If you have a 60hz monitor, turning V-Sync on will limit your fps to 60. You can also limit your fps with settings specific to your graphics card (ask in the Discord if you need help with this).
