Orient Mako III RA-AA0011B19B movement. The watch is powered by the automatic F6922 caliber. This is an in-house movement that beats at a frequency of 21600 BPH and has 40 hours of power reserve. The movement does not have any decoration apart from the Orient logo and some specifications which have been etched onto the rotor.
One of my favorite watches in my collection is this Orient Mako III, also known as Kamasu. Its red sunburst dial is stunning, and it is perhaps one of the best price/value you can get in a divers watch. It took me some research and trial and error to find the spares to mod the watch (There is very little info around).
10 Ιουλ 2023 · Now, Orient has released new Mako 3 models, that are based on the Kamasu, so they have the same case, bracelet, and specs as the Kamasu, but with different dials and colors. As of now, Orient is still offering the Ray 2 and Mako 2 with mineral crystals.
