General Graardor is the leader of Bandos ' forces within the God Wars Dungeon. He is the only known living member of the Ourg race in Old School RuneScape. He is found in Bandos' Stronghold, which requires a Strength level of 70 and a hammer to access.

Gear for solo: max your ranged rldef and melee defense. Torag/dh barrows armor is perfect but of course, bandos armor takes the cake. Fury/blessing/melee boots/ crystal shield/ whip or hasta/verac helm or better (such as serp helm)/fcape. Spec gear: bgs/stye boosting imbued ring/style boosting cape/ (if relivant) style boosting helm.
