The cape hanger can be built in the display space of the achievement gallery in a player-owned house. It requires 80 Construction to build and when built, it gives 800 Construction experience. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

Players can use either a mythical cape , champion's cape , fire cape , infernal cape , or any cape of accomplishment ( max cape variants can be used too) on the cape hanger to display it.

I am wondering what level combat stats are recommended to get the cape - Atk/Str/Def/Range/Mage/Prayer/HP. I am currently working to base 80s on them and level 70 Prayer .. is this enough? ya sure, watch some guide and kick some ass. I managed to do them all with 75 base combat and 70 prayer.
