When killed, Kree'arra and his bodyguards will drop bones, which can be converted into peaches with bones to peaches tablets. Peaches heal for 8 health, so the player can heal for 32 health after each encounter with Kree'arra and his bodyguards.

Kree'arra uses two special attacks: a ranged attack that looks like a gale of wind and a magic attack that looks like a blue tornado. Both of these attacks can deal up to 1,080 damage and can move the player, interrupting channelled abilities.
