Melee training involves training Attack, Strength, Defence, and Hitpoints through combat. Ironman melee training is similar to the normal training methods, with a heavy emphasis on Slayer for resources.
At higher levels, melee stats can be trained in the Nightmare Zone. Using normal customisable rumble with absorption potions offers a very straightforward and the most AFK-able way of training melee stats in the game, allowing the player to stay in combat for 20 minutes without any player input.

Quests. make sure you do the waterfall quest for the xp rewards. at your level i was killing ghouls north of canifis lodestone with attack pots and protect from melee while recharging prayer at the monthly dnd statute. really important to use aoe abilities like cleave and smash when you unlock them.

Bars 1-4 - dedicate a bar to dual wield melee/2h melee/ranged/magic. Dw and 2h melee have enough different abilities that the second bar is worth investing in. Cleave vs. Decimate, Hurricane vs. Destroy, Quake vs. Flurry.
