Ironman Guide/Melee. Melee training involves training Attack, Strength, Defence, and Hitpoints through combat. Ironman melee training is similar to the normal training methods, with a heavy emphasis on Slayer for resources.
The quests below list some of the more notable unlockable content, teleportation methods, equipment, and locations. The quests below are not listed in any specific order.
The recommended quests for early melee experience are listed in the table below. Completing all of them would give the player a total of 65,275 Attack, 27,537.5 Strength, and 15,300 Defence experience. This would get the player up to level 45 Attack, level 37 Strength, and level 31 Defence without doing any melee training.
The first thing you wanna do is completing Witch's Potion. This gives you some magic lvls, which will help you soon enough. Once that is done, you'll need to get your thieving lvl to 20. The easiest way to do this, is stealing from men until 5, and then stealing cake from some stalls in Ardougne.
Fishing your agility to 70+ allows you to skip the slow exp courses. Also getting 70+ strength before melee training/slayer grind is really helpful. You can buy food from warriors guild

Main article: Free-to-play melee training. Attack and Strength are primary melee skills for increasing damage output. Defence is trained with melee for free, though with less priority as it does not increase damage. Hitpoints is passively levelled.
