Completing all of them would give the player a total of 65,275 Attack, 27,537.5 Strength, and 15,300 Defence experience. First, train strength to level 10. Since you have low defense train at chickens from level 1 to level 10 strength. They are easy to fight, and give you feathers. Next train at Lumbridge cows till level 20 strength. Collect cowhides for seed money, but don't forget to tan them at Al-Kharid.
