It is the first quest to be backported into Old School RuneScape.
The Temple of Light is an ancient structure built by the elves to protect the Death Altar. The temple can be found under West Ardougne at the end of the tunnels leading from the Mourner's HQ, and is accessed during Mourning's End Part II.
You can stand in the sara/zammy corner, tag both sara wizards, and kill the zammy ones. For getting keys they are only a little slower than black demons, but without using cannonballs which makes them better than black demons for irons.
Runelites world hopper plugin let's you set a keybind for quick hopping world's which can be useful to hover when spamming bones on altar. It's not as fast as directly logging out though. player indicators plugin let's you easily spot other players. Best used when training alone at the altar.

When doing medium Treasure Trails, clues will occasionally lead to a locked chest or drawer, which requires a key to open. Attempting to open the chest or drawer will provide a clue to which specific, usually local, monster to kill.
Chaos altar is great if you want to rush prayer xp and gamble on saving, but glorifying it as some kind of good PvP place is just absurd. It's literally the equivalent of pheasant 'hunting' irl. Put out bait location, kill plebs as they mindlessly run at the altar and use as many bones as possible before dying.
