Chaos altar is great if you want to rush prayer xp and gamble on saving, but glorifying it as some kind of good PvP place is just absurd. It's literally the equivalent of pheasant 'hunting' irl. Put out bait location, kill plebs as they mindlessly run at the altar and use as many bones as possible before dying.
The Temple of Light is an ancient structure built by the elves to protect the Death Altar. The temple can be found under West Ardougne at the end of the tunnels leading from the Mourner's HQ, and is accessed during Mourning's End Part II.
He will give you a new key to the nearby tunnels that they dug to the Temple of Light. He will ask you to find the digging team, a group of slaves and mourners that have high enough Slayer skills to defeat the beasts in the area.
Method: Tele to Ghorrock, run south west until you find the altar and use bones on altar. Once done, run down to 30 wildy and tele via glory (20 wildy for duel ring - using obelisk is better if you have wildy hard done)
