Regular ironmen can use the wildy altar if you want to, but either way it's only around 85 bones with ecto so do whichever method.
The Chaos Temple is a structure in level 38 Wilderness, west of the Lava Maze. It contains a Chaos altar where players can recharge and train their Prayer using bones on the altar (demonic ashes do not work). Free players may visit the temple, however only members may take advantage of the altar's benefits.
Players can use the Abyss via Wilderness to access the various altars throughout RuneScape to craft runes; the Mage of Zamorak that teleports players to the Abyss lurks around level 5 Wilderness, just north of Edgeville.
