I think the only way we'll ever get another season is if they officially announce it in Japan sometime first. Bisco Hatori has mentioned liking the idea of Ouran High School Host Club having another anime, but it hasn't been confirmed to be in the works or anything, to my knowledge.

SPOILER. An anime-only’s thoughts about a Season 2. I’m fine with not having a season 2. Although there is some unfinished business, I’m content with the way it ended. Haruhi got her debt paid off, which is the reason she joined the Host Club to begin with. The main objective has been reached.
I personally don't think there will be a Season 2 or remake after 14 years, but if they do create one, considering I have heard of the remake of Fruits Basket (which I never saw in my life, just had a friend mention it before), I will definitely watch it. I watched Ouran fully in English, so I would hope to see a remake in dubbed form as well ...
