11 Οκτ 2017 · I have logged into my Outlook Mail today and all of my folders are now empty. I store lots of emails - some quite important in these folders. I have never had this issue in the past, I have not deleted any of my folders, the data is simply not there. Can you please help.

6 Φεβ 2024 · Since I use and prefer the application, I found a fix last night where if I copied all of these emails from the archived folders to the primary folders, they would once again appear in the empty folders (both in Chrome and on the Outlook app).
