23 Ιουν 2015 · The most robust way I found for myself is to search across all mailbox (select All Outlook Items in the drop-down on the right side of the search box) and then right-click on resulting message list's header and select Arrange By -> Folder.
You can find your .pst file in one of the following locations: Windows 10 drive:\Users\<username>\Documents\Outlook Files. Windows 11 drive:\Users\<username>\Documents\Outlook Files. Older versions of Windows drive:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
