9 Δεκ 2022 · After a recent update, I can no longer find this "Folder View" or "Folder List" icon. All I can find is a single Icon on the left for "Tasks". When I click this, my tasks are displayed, but not in the folder structure I had created.
Choose the Outlook data file you want to open. Expand the top level of the Outlook data file in the Outlook Navigation pane to see the subfolders in the file. Click each subfolder to see the contents. To search for a specific email, use Outlook's built-in search tools.
On the ribbon, on the View tab, select Folder pane > Show. If the Folder pane option isn't visible, select Layout > Folder Pane > Show.
