8 Δεκ 2023 · Ribbon appears as above: all functional but no icons visible. Works fine in Edge, & I don't see any other website with this problem in Chrome. Other 365 apps e.g. Word do not have this problem. I have tried Chrome troubleshooting e.g. disable hardware acceleration, update but no change. Any suggestions?

13 Ιαν 2023 · I have tried loading my email in InPrivate mode and cleared the cache to no avail. Are you saying that the Toolbar is not showing at the bottom of the email? Correct, but nor are the options to select what to have showing. Do we have an answer for the above yet? Nope, I believe our service desk rebuilt the user profile though.

27 Απρ 2019 · You have posted your question in Outlook.com forum, so I assume that you are using Outlook.com in browser. Try to use another browser, and In Private mode. Sometimes extensions or cookies can block authorization and cause problems.
29 Νοε 2023 · Use the Ribbon display options to get the toolbars back in Outlook. Step 1 – You will see a small arrow icon beside your account image at the top of the Outlook page. Step 2 – Tap that once and choose “ Show tabs and Commands ” from the drop-down so that all the tabs shows the menu properly.
Outlook has several different ways to control how the Ribbon (toolbar) tabs and commands are shown. And in recent releases, it changed to not showing all tabs and commands by default. That is why the Ribbon may appear collapsed, hidden, minimized or missing.
