Kolea is the only beachfront vacation rental community at Waikoloa Beach Resort and one of the few on the Big Island of Hawaii. All the buildings at Kolea offer a unique location, but most importantly are all within a 5 minute walk for most people from the beach.

Village Puako is a census-designated place in Hawaiʻi County , Hawaii , United States. Puako is situated 4½ miles northeast of Outrigger Kolea at Waikoloa Beach.
Built in 2005, Kōlea is the only condo community in Waikoloa Beach Resort with a beachfront location. Beautiful 2 and 3 bedroom villas include gourmet kitchens with African mahogany cabinetry, granite counter-tops and a built-in wine cabinet, lanai with outdoor living/dining area, gas grill, Koa cabinetry, bar, sink, and under-counter wine cooler.
