Add the sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper, whip until everything is combined and the garlic has broken up and fully incorporated. Garnish with chives if using.

26 Μαρ 2023 · Preheat the oven to 425°F, and cut the top off of a bulb of garlic to expose the cloves. Drizzle the bulb with olive oil, and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil. Roast the garlic for 25 to 35 minutes until the cloves are golden brown, soft, and fragrant.
Let the garlic cool a while before you unwrap it and then squeeze those cloves into a mixture of mayo and cream cheese and mozzarella and parm. (Are you drooling yet?) And then, as if this could get even better, you bake it. So then it’s hot and bubbly and full of ooey-gooey cheese pulls. I’m all for an ooey-gooey cheese pull.
