During this visit the crew used a VP-8 call sign (photo P-3 Orion Research Group). ABOVE RIGHT - 161412 is a standard BMUP P-3C Orion which is operated by one of the US Navy Reserve squadrons. It was photographed at RAF Kinloss in May 2006 in the markings of VP-92 and it is now based at NAS Whidbey Island with VP-69.
