30 Οκτ 2023 · The P3004 write up suggests that the HC ecu doesn't see the expected voltage at the inverter when it turns on the contactors. I would go over all of the high current connections that were disturbed when you did the pack replacement.
27 Φεβ 2023 · I changed 2 battery cells and upon installing the battery I got the P3004 code. Googling showed anything from inverted to fuse to faulty wire harness. Looked in Dr Prius App that block number 3 was low voltage.

24 Ιουλ 2012 · DTC P3004-131 means the safety interlock is not correctly installed or the fuse within is blown. If you are sure that the fuse is good and that you are correctly installing the interlock, pivoting the lever 90 degrees then sliding it down to lock in place, the next place to look would be the system main relays and the current limiting resistor.
Result: DTC P3004 (INF 132) and other DTCs are output HINT: If any other codes besides P3004 (INF 132) are output, perform troubleshooting for those DTCs first.

I've checked the orange plug and pushed it down many times. Battery is bolted in and grounded, double checked the connections.... Anyone ran into this or have any idea what the problem is? Gen 2 (2005) Go through the electronics module attached to the battery.
