P90X is a 90-day transformation program designed to help you lose weight and build muscle. While it's unique, it's not the only DVD workout program out there. Other long-term, intense exercise programs are great options to help you to get fit and strong, too.
I found a few alternatives, but none of them really stacked up to the P90X Results and Recovery Formula. One of the P90X Recovery drink alternatives did have very similar ingredients and was about $3 cheaper.
I used to do P90X and now much prefer StrongLifts 5*5. It's quick, leaves you with little muscular stress as it's power orientated and my physic is much better. For me I didn't need the cardio as much, just functional strength.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a substitute for the P90X® Recovery Drink? Something that can be bought at Walmart, Amazon or GNC ideally.
