8 Μαΐ 2024 · Rule 202. The board approves and adopts the examinations developed by the NCSBN, identified as the "NCLEX-RN" for the registered nurse and the "NCLEX-PN" for the practical nurse. Examinees shall achieve a passing score on the NCLEX computerized adaptive test. The passing score is determined by the NCSBN.
Obtain certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) or the Michigan certification board for addiction professionals. Maximum = 20 CE credits per license cycle.
Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP).
Continuing Education Requirement. The Michigan Board of Nursing accepts NetCE courses. NetCE is an approved provider through CE Broker, Provider #50-2405. NetCE will electronically report successful course completions to CE Broker. RN and LPN are required 25 contact hours every two years, 2 of which must be in pain and symptom management.
Michigan nurses are required to earn 25 hours of continuing education within the 2-year period preceding the date of renewal. No more than 12 credit hours may be earned during a 24-hour period for online or electronic media.
31 Ιουλ 2023 · CE requirements for MI psychologists (PhD, PsyD): 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including 3 hours of ethics, 2 hours in the area of pain and symptom management, and at least 1 hour in identifying victims of human trafficking (this is a one-time requirement)
