Allegheny County Department of Court Records. Mandatory Electronic Filing. Effective November 13, 2023, e-Filing will be mandatory for all attorneys filing civil in the Department of Court Records. Self-represented litigants are encouraged to electronically file but are not mandated.
Users can search by case number, participant name, organization name, offense tracking number, police incident or complaint number or state ID number. To download the application, visit the app store and search for "PAeDocket".
To search and view individual court case information—for free—please go to the UJS web portal. On the web portal you will find: appellate court case information (Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth); criminal Common Pleas court case information.
In addition, secure Court Summary Information, Case Accounting and Pre-Sentence Summary reports are available for Criminal Courts of Common Pleas and Philadelphia Municipal Court cases.
