Logo Signs were designed as a motorist information network to help motorists find much needed services. Logo signs are installed along certain sections of Pennsylvania’s Interstate Highway system as well as on many non-interstate freeways. Purpose. The logo program is a traveler information service provided for motorists that travel Pennsylvania highways. Moreover, since “logo” signing is authorized as a public service, only those services and facilities that are reasonably accessible at interchanges will be signed.
Logo Signs feature logos of businesses located off an upcoming exit from an interstate or freeway. These signs are official traffic control devices, and the program is administered by the PA Tourism Signing Trust.
