Boards & Commissions. Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Renewal Information . Licenses expire July 31 of every even-numbered year. The Board will e-mail renewal notices approximately 60 days prior to the license expiration date. Notices are e-mailed to the most recent e-mail address the licensee has reported to the Board.
Applications, renewals, and other requests will be completed at www.pals.pa.gov. That includes: Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Assistant; Provisional Licensure as an Audiologist; Provisional Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; Speech-Language Pathology by Education; Speech-Language Pathology by Experience (CFY)

A renewal notice is sent out to remind you to complete the process through the online system. The system opens up 30 to 60 days before your expiration date to allow enough time for processing. You can pay the $65 fee online.
