1 Ιουν 2021 · Perianesthesia nurse education, clinical guidelines, other professions working in the PACU, and job tasks differ between countries. This knowledge can be used in international collaboration to further develop education and training for nurses working in the PACU.
The Standards for student supervision and assessment apply to all NMC approved programmes and should be read with the NMC Part 1: Standards framework for nursing and midwifery education and the programme standards specific to the programme that is being delivered.
Regulation of the nursing protects the public by establishing and enforcing standards for conduct, education and practice. It benefits both healthcare providers and the public as it helps to advance nursing education and practice quality and improve the mobility of nurses between countries.
9 Φεβ 2023 · The new standards (NMC, 2018b) state that PAs must be given ongoing support along with sufficient time to develop and perform their role, while undertaking training as required. This support can take a number of forms, but must allow for the standards to be met, and for PAs to both prepare for, and contribute to, student assessment.
