I am from the middle east and received them within a week. I didn't have any issue with the stuff I bought, so, I didn't contact their customer service therefore I am not sure if they are quick to respond. However, their prices are the best from what I've seen in the market. 1. Award.
I received an unauthorized charge on my account the other day for $199.99. It came from Paddle.com and was for some software called CleanMyMac X (which I never purchased). I filed a dispute saying it was an unauthorized charge.

Scam from Paddle. They have made two charges on my account for €15 and €12 without me having had any relationship with Paddle.net, nor having approved any charge for any reason. This is a Scam. Date of experience: October 17, 2023
