Route 364, known locally as the Page Extension, the Page Avenue Freeway, the Page Expressway, or simply the Extension, is a freeway that connects St. Louis County in Maryland Heights with St. Charles County in Lake St. Louis via the Veterans Memorial Bridge over the Missouri River.
2 Δεκ 2014 · Route 364, colloquially known as the Page Avenue Extension, is finally complete. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the final portion of the three-phase project on Oct. 31, with all ramps to be opened by Thanksgiving.
Phase 3 of the Route 364 Page Extension is a $118.2 million roadway project that includes construction of a 4-lane divided highway from Mid Rivers Mall Drive to I-64 / 40 and Route N in St. Charles County. The project was completed by November 2014.
