5 Οκτ 2013 · Anyone else have terrible trouble with Panda (A1 skips)? Ordered one online and paid for it to arrive yesterday, Friday.
I originally had a lower weight and when they noticed I exceeded the limit 2 months in a row they rang me and offered me a switch to a slightly higher tariff that would save me paying extra for the excess and worked out cheaper.
I signed up a really good sounding deal with Panda last April. The deal was: 2 year contract where the monthly price is €16.50 however, the first 6 months are completely free. (If they had not offered some free months I would not have moved to them).
29 Μαΐ 2011 · There have been two increases in the last 2 years on the government waste levy as far as I know. Greenstar sent me a information about it. Therefore the black bin lift fee increase is most likely justified.

EDIT: So, the best way to close the service was to get the right person in the other end of the phone. Panda had a Retention/Contract Closing office. Once I got through to them and was firm in wanting to end the service, they were actually very helpful.
I was a happy past customer of A1 skips. Since the take over from Panda there is has been a dramatic decline in all aspects of this experience. I would not recommend them for skip removal.
