5 Οκτ 2013 · Anyone else have terrible trouble with Panda (A1 skips)? Ordered one online and paid for it to arrive yesterday, Friday. Came home from work to find it wasn't there... of course their office closes at 5:30pm!

I signed up a really good sounding deal with Panda last April. The deal was: 2 year contract where the monthly price is €16.50 however, the first 6 months are completely free. (If they had not offered some free months I would not have moved to them).
I originally had a lower weight and when they noticed I exceeded the limit 2 months in a row they rang me and offered me a switch to a slightly higher tariff that would save me paying extra for the excess and worked out cheaper. They also sent me out a free second green bin, though I don't use it every time now with the deposit return scheme.

16 Ιαν 2023 · EDIT: So, the best way to close the service was to get the right person in the other end of the phone. Panda had a Retention/Contract Closing office. Once I got through to them and was firm in wanting to end the service, they were actually very helpful.
