  1. You will be provided with a Microsoft 365 Outlook email account and an email address in the format of username@chapman.edu. To access this account, use the Outlook link below and log in with the student email and password that you will have received in a letter from Chapman's Office of Admission.

  2. All Chapman students can use their PantherMail account to access their Chapman email over the web. Use your Chapman email username and password to log into PantherMail (Outlook) or PantherMail (Google). Learn more about PantherMail.

  3. Sign in. To log into your account, please use your primary @chapman.edu email. Click here to login! Do not use your student employee or general club email address.

  4. Welcome! Please enter your ChapmanU User ID and password.

  5. Login to Outlook.chapman.edu, using your regular Chapman credentials to login. First step, click on the 3x3 squares , then under People, you will create a contact. Fill out the: FN, LM and email fields.

  6. Sign in. Chapman University Users. To log into your account, please use your primary @chapman.edu email. Click here to login! Do not use your student employee or general club email address.

  7. Your login will be your Chapman email and your Chapman password (which you will reset while activating your account). Communication regarding housing, academic advising, course registration, billing, and other important information will be sent to your Chapman University PantherMail email account.
