In the 2003 TV miniseries Helen of Troy, the character Paris, played by actor Matthew Marsden, is killed by Agamemnon. The story was also made into a 2003 musical, Paris , written by Jon English and David Mackay .

Paris was eventually mortally wounded by Philoctetes; at that point, Helen tried to find Oenone, who had promised to heal any wounds that he would suffer. However, the nymph, still angry that Paris had abandoned her for Helen, refused to give any help.
Paris was a Trojan Prince and son of King Priam in Greek Mythology. Famously, Paris was also the man who abducted Helen, an event that brought forth a thousand ship, the Trojan War, and ultimately the destruction of Troy.

20 Σεπ 2023 · While the details of Paris’ death are not described in detail in the Iliad, it is suggested that he died in the final battle for Troy. However, in later versions of the myth, the circumstances of his death are revealed in greater detail being killed by Philoctetes.
