However, with the Gay Street theater being centrally located in Knoxville and with its easily accessible parking for attending the movie, it's good. The inside of the theater is--while not the best in town--certainly adequate, if not toward the top here in town. Plus, it's close to some great restaurants. So, why the 1-star rating?

This is a great location, with a parking garage in the back. I usually purchase my tickets with the Atom App and walk right up to the ticket taker and they will scan my phone. Pretty easy- and cheaper than Fandango! This Regal is up to date, as it is a newer theatre to Knoxville.
