Founded in 1982, the Florida Railroad Museum's mission is to acquire, preserve and operate historic examples of Florida's railroad history. The museum's Ticket Office and Gift Shop is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Diesel train excursions operate on Saturdays and Sundays only.
Train rides typically depart every Saturday and Sunday at 11 AM and 2 PM. Special event weekends are planned throughout the year such as our popular Train Robberies, Murder Mystery Dinner Trains and various historical re-enactments.
Regular weekend excursion trains trips leave the Parrish station at 11am and 2pm Saturdays and Sundays. We are closed Easter Sunday as well as 2 weekends over the Christmas Holidays. Be sure to check out our website for details at www.frrm.org
