Experience Florida’s railroad history firsthand with a fun train ride on our historic trains! Train rides typically depart every Saturday and Sunday at 11 AM and 2 PM.
Join us this December for a 35 minute ride from Parrish, FL to the North Pole. Upon arrival, everyone will detrain at our special North Pole station where Santa awaits to visit with every child.
Founded in 1982, the Florida Railroad Museum's mission is to acquire, preserve and operate historic examples of Florida's railroad history. The museum's Ticket Office and Gift Shop is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Diesel train excursions operate on Saturdays and Sundays only.

19 Μαΐ 2023 · The Florida Railroad Museum offers diesel-hauled excursions over its 6-mile line between Parrish and Willow, 35 miles south of Tampa. Train rides take museum visitors through a stretch of rural Manatee County, which features sights of old Florida: farmland, piney woods, and palmetto flats.
