4 Δεκ 2022 · 1st gen just DI and 6 speed transmission. 2nd gen DI and PI with a 10 speed. Personally I feel the 1st gen DI is fine and as clean as the fuels and lubes used. I really prefer the 6 speed over the 10 (my son has a 2019 XLT 2.7 10 speed).

4 Δεκ 2017 · I recently traded for a 2018 F-150 Platinum FX4 with an 3.5L Ecoboost engine and 10 speed transmission. This truck is getting great fuel mileage and I couldn't ask for better service from the transmission. No issues so far. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the Automatic Start/Stop feature.

1 Αυγ 2019 · 2015 - 2020 Ford F150 - 2.7 EcoBoost stumble on highway acceleration - UPDATED: I have had an issue since I purchased the truck 10 months ago. I have had it in several times, with no results. I thought it was misfiring or driveline related.
26 Σεπ 2021 · The second-generation 2.7L EcoBoost was introduced in the 2018 F150 and is mated to a ten-speed transmission. Ford buffed this engine by adding 25 lb-ft of torque from the previous 2.7L EcoBoost model. It also uses the same cylinder block material of those 2.0L EcoBoost, compacted graphite iron, solid and lightweight.
7 Ιουν 2019 · My 19 EB/PP with 10 speed has an issue where sometimes when I put it in reverse and back up, then shift back to drive, the camera sticks on for a couple mins, then goes back to the normal screen but is still locked up and can do anything with the touch screen.
